A Daily Quiet Time

Sit quietly in silence (no music)
for at least fifteen minutes
at least once each and every day.
Quiet you mind.
Focus on your breathing
or on one thing that makes you feel really, really good.

Here's what I do:
      I declare my intention,
      I imagine my intention,
      I see my intention,
      I feel my intention,
      I trust the manifestation process,
      I feel worthy of receiving my intention,
      I Know that I am enough and
      I accept my intention.
      (Reference: I am Enough.)

After making the statement of intention,
remember to see a picture of its manifestation.
See yourself inside your picture.
Imagine yourself inside of your intention.

Close your eyes and feel the associated feelings.
Hold the picture in your mind and feel the feelings
for at least one breath cycle.

I trust the manifestation process.

I feel worthy of receiving and
experiencing my intentions,

I Intend and I know that I am enough!
I accept my intention as my personal reality,
and that feels really, really good.
